Hello 

First I want to say that I love Facebook, not only because I can increase my business through the ads, but mostly because I met my current wife/fiancé on Facebook, and for this I will always be grateful to Facebook!

I am really sorry for violating Facebook’s ads policies. I never indented for this to happen as I take Facebook’s rules and the experience of it’s users very, very seriously.

I’m sure you get thousands of appeals from Facebook advertisers every day, so I beg you to take 1 minute to review our case manually.

We’ve started our business in 2013, and our workouts have been performed by over 1 million people.

We have thousands of success stories, a 4.3 stars rating on Amazon and I am really proud that every single day we give our base fitness program for free to a few hundreds of women who can support and increase their fitness level.

Facebook is our only traffic source and my family and my team’s families depend on ads being shown to our prospects. But since our ad account is disabled, new visitors will not come to our website…

The reason why I think this ad account was disabled, is that this particular Facebook post: [URL] used in our ad ID (id no.) was flagged with [violation of the policy that Facebook mentioned – If you don’t know which policy was violated, just assume].

I completely understand it’s not allowed to make an ad like the one we made, but I used Facebook ads library and I was inspired by a competitor’s ad.

However, I take full responsibility for my actions and I feel really bad for violating Facebook’s trust.

Honestly, I couldn’t sleep at all last night because of what happened. (make sure 1 night passed since the ad account was disabled – or started crying, head a headache, panic attack).

Since now I know that the ad was not compliant, I immediately made changes to our landing page. (And say everything you have done)

I would edit the ad as well, but it is impossible since the ad account was disabled.

To be sure that this will not happen in the future, I created an internal system in which each ad must be approved by at least 3 members from our team before it can be published on Facebook. All 3 team members have been running Facebook ads for a long time, so the ads will be 100% compliant.

As mentioned, we’re 100% committed to follow Facebook’s policies at all times, so this isn’t something you’ll see happening in our account again.

And if you will check our ad account manually, you’ll see that we had no disapproved ad before, plus we never had a disabled ad account in the past.

 We’re fully committed to delivering the best experience to Facebook and its users, so please be kind enough to re-evaluate the decision and reinstate our ad account.

Of course, if there is anything else that we must do in order to be 100% compliant, please tell me in your reply and I’ll do it!

When A BM was disabled for violating the unacceptable business practices policy

In my case, i noticed the whole BM was disabled, even though I only promoted 2 posts for video views. Their system has rejected some ads for violating the unacceptable business practices policy, but after an appeal, the ads became live again.

So, below you have the script that I used to get the disabled BM reinstated.

I love Facebook and I am so grateful for the fact that I can advertise our fitness program to so many people around the world 🙂
Please know that for this Business manager I had no ads running when it was disabled.
I try to respect Facebook polices at all times, and I am positive that I didn't break the rules with my ads for this business manager account, so please read my message, take my case to a manual review, and reinstate my business account, please 🙂  
The reason why you may have disabled my Business manager is this: I was promoting this post via video views. The person in the video is one of our clients who made a video for us so we can use it in our advertising. 
A few days ago, I noticed that some of the ads that promoted this post were rejected for violating the Unacceptable business practices policy, even though our ads were with our clients performing exercises and we had no links in the post. 
For some of the rejected ads, I edited the ads and used this post:  , which is another image with our clients. 
And for other ads, I asked for a review which was accepted and my ads promoting this post got active. 
Then, I turned off all ads in my business manager account because I had little time to focus on them. 
I really think your system made a mistake when disabling my business account, because inside our business we have a system for respecting Facebook's policies: we only create an ad when it has been approved by 3 people from our team. 
I am also a certified Facebook ads specialist and I always respect your policies and try to do the best for our prospects from Facebook. 
Please reinstate my Business account. And if you really think that I was in violation of the policy, please let me know what I did wrong and I will correct this asap.

How To Force Fb To Give You Back The Chat Option

If the chat feature is not working on your account, kindly report the issue. https://www.facebook.com/help/186570224871049 .

Then you will receive an update within 24-48 hours. Once the chat option is fixed, try the chat version and have the chat guy to create an internal case with your issue to the internal team.
